Service Delivery Policy

Law Tarazoo delivers digital legal services — Will drafts, advisory documents, and consultation outcomes. No physical goods are shipped. This page explains exactly how delivery works.

1. Mode of delivery

All Law Tarazoo services are delivered digitally over the internet:

Will documents are delivered as Microsoft Word (.docx) and PDF files.
Documents are sent to the email address you provided at payment.
Documents are also available for download from your account dashboard at app.lawtarazoo.com for the duration of your account access window.
Consultations (for Personalised Will and NRI Will) take place over secure video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, or comparable platforms). In-person consultations are available at our Mumbai office by prior appointment.

We do not ship any physical product. There are no courier charges, no postal delays, and no physical packaging.

2. Delivery timelines by service

Delivery time begins from successful payment confirmation:

3. Delivery confirmation

When your document is delivered, you will receive:

An email to your registered address with the attached files and a brief cover note.
A dashboard notification (if you have an account at app.lawtarazoo.com).
An optional WhatsApp message at +91-9619792288 if you have requested this channel.

4. What if I don't receive the document?

If you do not receive your document within the stated timeframe:

Check your spam, promotions, and bulk-mail folders.
Log in to your dashboard at app.lawtarazoo.com — your document is downloadable there.
If still not visible, email experts@lawtarazoo.com with your order ID. We respond within 1 working day during business hours (Mon-Fri, 10am–6pm IST).

5. Re-delivery

Re-delivery is free of charge during your account access window (30 days for Online Will, 90 days for Personalised Will and NRI Will). After expiry, re-delivery of the original document is available on request at no charge, subject to our records being available.

6. International delivery

Since all delivery is digital, our services are accessible worldwide. NRI customers in any country can use our services. There are no international shipping charges or customs duties.
